Services

All three are designed around the same principle: senior expertise, transparent commercials, no surprises.

Permanent Search

For: A defined role you need filled well, paying only when you hire.

When the brief is clear and the timeline is reasonable, this is the simplest way to work together. I represent your business properly, source candidates through direct outreach as well as inbound, and only invoice when someone starts.

No spam, no volume chasing, no candidates submitted to make the numbers look busy. The shortlist is short on purpose.

How it works: Standard contingent placement fee, agreed up front. Replacement guarantee included.

Retained & Executive Search

For: Senior, confidential, or business-critical hires where the cost of getting it wrong is too high.

Some hires deserve a dedicated process. C-suite and senior leadership, founding hires, confidential searches replacing an existing leader, or technical roles where the candidate pool is genuinely small and needs to be mapped properly.

You'll get regular updates, market intelligence, longlist mapping, and a partner who's running this search and not twelve others.

How it works: Retained in three stages -engagement, shortlist, placement. Fee structure agreed up front, scoped to the role.

For: Founder-led businesses that need senior recruitment expertise without the full-time hire. Sector-agnostic - this offer is open to any company.

The pattern is familiar: you've got a year of hiring ahead, across multiple roles and seniorities, but a full-time in-house recruiter is the wrong shape and an agency-by-agency model is expensive and disjointed.

A fractional partnership sits between the two. I become the person running your hiring - consistently, with context, across whatever roles come up.

Fractional Talent Partnership

How it works: A monthly retainer scoped to the day commitment that fits your hiring pace. Three-month minimum, then rolling monthly with 30 days' notice from either side. Engagements flex up or down as needs change.
