After 15 years leading high-impact recruitment strategies across technology, retail, telecoms, and creative sectors, I’ve learned that truly great hiring isn’t about numbers, it’s about connection. It’s about understanding people, their values, and what helps them thrive.
That belief is what inspired Folk & Found a consultancy that brings warmth, craft, and purpose back into the hiring process.
Before launching Folk & Found, I led talent acquisition for some of the most ambitious organisations.
